Grant exactly five scopes (or fewer)

Messaging, pricing, calendar, maintenance, financial — toggle on/off per property. Co-host's actions outside their scopes are blocked at the platform level; you don't have to police them.

Audit + revoke any time

Every action — messages, price changes, calendar blocks — hits an append-only log you can review on demand. Click "revoke" on any scope; future actions on it stop immediately.

Authorization model

Co-host can act. Co-host can't move money.

The five-scope model gives co-hosts operational range without financial authority. Banking, owner contact info, listing deletion, document signatures — all reserved for your own session. The platform enforces these as hard limits, not policy.

  • Messaging — guest replies on your behalf.
  • Pricing — nightly-rate adjustments within bounds you set (default ±20%).
  • Calendar — block + unblock dates.
  • Maintenance — schedule cleaners + vendors. Payment flows from your account; co-host just sets it up.

How we make money

Owner pays $0. Co-host pays on first booking.

Cohost charges the co-host a one-time referral fee (10% of the engagement's first month of payouts) when an owner-co-host match results in a booking. Owners never pay cohost — disclosed on every match.
