How we make money.
One number, disclosed upfront. 8% of the nightly rate on native bookings. Passed through to the guest on the way out — never added on after checkout. Affiliate stays (Airbnb / VRBO / Booking.com) pay us a commission from the platform; the price you see is the price you pay.
Stripe processing (2.9% + $0.30) is the only third-party fee that isn't included in our 8% — Stripe is passed through to the host at cost so we don't earn on payment processing. Disclosed in the booking confirmation receipt + the host's payout breakdown.
