We check every listing on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com against your list. Some owners hide their address, so we also compare the photos to catch them. Each one comes with the proof attached.
Step 3
Send notices and track the fines
We prepare violation notices on your association's letterhead, using your own fine amounts. Every step is recorded — so if an owner disputes it, you have the full timeline on hand.

One thing worth knowing: if your HOA is in a city that also uses cohost, a unit can show up as fine with the city but still breaking your rules. That's normal — the city's rules and your rules are different, and we handle both.
